Frequently asked questions
What do I need to get started?
A Meta ad account you manage, with a campaign that runs several ads. You connect it through Facebook Login for Business, choose the campaign, and Rivie starts reading its creatives and performance.
Does Rivie change my campaigns?
No. Rivie only reads your ads, creatives, and performance. Your campaigns, budgets, and spend on Meta stay exactly as you set them.
What counts as a new creative?
Each creative Rivie analyzes for the first time: the creatives in your monitored campaigns and the reference ads you accept. For your brand covers up to 100 in any 7 days, and Agency up to 300. Reused and revised creatives don’t count again. At the limit, your ads keep importing, and their creatives join the analysis as room returns, highest spend first.
What is a monitored campaign?
A Meta campaign Rivie is analyzing. You can pause monitoring and choose another campaign at any time. Pausing in Rivie leaves delivery on Meta unchanged.
How does the free trial work?
For your brand starts with a free trial, and checkout shows its length and terms before you begin. Agency starts as a paid subscription.
What counts as a brand?
A brand is one client workspace with its own campaigns, references, performance signals, and creative direction.
Who is Agency for?
Agency is for multi-client teams that need a clear view across brands without mixing their data, references, or creative direction.
